ideal spot for exploring museums and picturesque parks

I had a wonderful stay where I could easily stroll to the Phillips Collection and enjoy the scenic views at Georgetown Waterfront Park, making two days of walking in the city a breeze thanks to the central positioning of this hotel. although the staff experience was mixed, with one standout, Dee, shining through and really turning my visit around for the positive.

I enjoyed my stay with the clean decor and friendly staff. The location made it easy to explore the area. The M Lounge offered great snacks. I felt well taken care of during my visit. 😊

The king room was equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. The fitness center was well-maintained and convenient for workouts. The staff was super attentive, with special mention to the concierge. The hotel is a short walk to Dupont Circle, making it easy to explore the area.

More seating options in lobby for seniors would help.

The King Room was comfy and we really enjoyed the nice breakfast in the restaurant and relaxing in the lounge area. I loved chilling by the pool and unwinding in the hot tub during our downtime. Just a heads up, the TV setup could use an update, but overall, we had a lovely stay! 😊
